Help Us Understand What Matters to You in Potters Bar

Dear Resident,

My name is PC Amabilino 931, and I’m one of the local officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team responsible for Potters Bar.

As a team, we’re committed to understanding the issues that affect everyone in our community. We recognise that more populated areas such as London often receive more media attention, and we want to ensure that your voice is heard too.

You might be wondering, “What’s the point in completing a survey – nothing ever changes?” But your feedback genuinely helps us shape our priorities and respond more effectively to local concerns.

Our Priority and Feelings of Safety Surveys are open to everyone, and right now, I’m focusing on your area to identify the problems that matter most to you and where we could do better

The surveys are always open, so you can complete them at any time. However, over the next few weeks, I’ll be reviewing the responses closely to identify key issues and concerns.

The survey also gives you the chance to tell us what you appreciate about the area, share your views on police visibility, your trust in us to address local problems, and other topics that help us serve you better.

You can provide as much information as you wish, and I want to reassure you that we are actively reviewing all responses.

Click the Survey button below to complete the Priority Survey and scan the QR Code to complete the Feelings of Safety Survey

I’ll follow up with you in the near future to share the results of the surveys. In the meantime, you can view a summary of local issues via the word cloud on your area’s page: Local Areas – Herts Connected.

Kind regards,
Andrew
